By downloading or using the Somaru app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

Bijen Duwal grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to the Apple Media Services Terms (including Apple's Standard EULA) or the Google Play Terms of Service, as applicable.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity under your account.

Videos in Somaru are provided through YouTube API Services and remain the property of their respective owners. By using Somaru you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party videos.

5. Our content

Subtitles, translations, word breakdowns, dictionary data compilations, designs and other original material in the App are owned by or licensed to Bijen Duwal. Educational content is provided for learning purposes; we work to keep it accurate but cannot guarantee it is error-free.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, scrape, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the App or its content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bijen Duwal is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
